Every Zupez print is produced in our workshop in Bağcılar, Istanbul. Here's a look behind the scenes:
1. File and layout check
Every order is first examined digitally. Resolution, color, and layout are checked; if necessary, the customer is informed.
2. Printing on film
The design is printed with high resolution on special transfer film. Vibrant colors and fine details are created at this stage.
3. White layer and production preparation
A white underlayer is applied to ensure the print adheres firmly to the fabric, and production is completed.
4. Fixing and quality control
Each print is individually checked upon exit. Cracked, faded, or misaligned prints do not leave here.
5. Packaging without cutting, in sheets or by meter
Prints are carefully packaged without cutting, either in sheets or by meter. You cut the layouts yourself and prepare them for application.
6. Shipping with application instructions
Each order is shipped with temperature, time, and peeling instructions. Follow the instructions for correct application.
