Preparation time
Ready-to-ship Zupez Prints are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. For custom Zupez Prints prepared according to the customer's file, the timeline begins after file approval. The preparation time for metered orders will be communicated during order and file approval.
Shipping and tracking
When your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address you used for the order. The shipping company and estimated delivery time may vary depending on the region, workload, and order date.
Shipping fee
The applicable shipping fee and any free shipping conditions will be displayed at the checkout step before you complete your order.
Inspection upon delivery
If the package is visibly damaged, request a report to be made during delivery. If you notice any missing, incorrect, or damaged products, contact merhaba@zupez.store with your order number and photos before applying the print.

Before completing your order, please check your name, phone number, and delivery address. Address changes may not always be possible after the order has been shipped.
