These Terms of Service apply to the use of zupez.store, operated by ZUPEZ, and to orders placed through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and the policies referenced herein. Your mandatory rights under consumer protection law remain unaffected.

2. Products and orders

Product images, dimensions, colors, quantities, and descriptions are shown on the relevant product page. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings and production conditions. An order is received once payment is approved. If there is an obvious pricing or stock error, a payment verification issue, or a circumstance that makes production impossible, the customer will be informed and any amount collected will be refunded.

3. Personalized products

For products prepared according to a name, size, model, color, uploaded image, or the customer's instructions, the customer is responsible for checking the information entered before placing the order. Production is carried out using the information approved by the customer. A spelling or selection error made by the customer does not make the product defective; however, statutory rights remain available in the event of a production error, incorrect or missing product, or damaged delivery.

4. Prices and payment

The applicable price, taxes, and any shipping charges are displayed before the order is completed. Payments are processed using the methods offered at checkout and through the relevant payment service providers.

5. Preparation, shipping, and delivery

Details regarding preparation and delivery are set out in the Shipping Policy and on the relevant product page. The customer must ensure that the delivery information is accurate and complete.

6. Cancellation, withdrawal, returns, and refunds

Cancellation and return conditions are explained in the Return and Refund Policy. Products prepared according to a consumer's requests or personal needs may be subject to the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal. Statutory rights relating to defective goods are not affected by this exception.

7. Intellectual property and customer content

The website design, text, images, trademarks, and ZUPEZ designs may not be used commercially without permission. The customer represents that they have the right to use any images and content uploaded for production of the order and that such materials do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, personality, or other rights.

8. Prohibited uses

The website may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, intellectual property infringement, or disruption of the service. Such use may be blocked.

9. Liability

The website and services are provided with reasonable care. ZUPEZ's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. No provision that removes or limits a consumer's mandatory statutory rights will apply.

10. Changes and disputes

These terms may be updated when necessary; the current version will be published on this page. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Subject to the requirements of applicable law, consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
