Is the product I purchased a T-shirt, or just the print?
Just the print. Zupez Print is a transfer film ready to be applied to fabric; the T-shirt, sweatshirt, or other textile product is not included in the order.
What file format should I upload my design in?
High-resolution PNG, preferably with a transparent background, is recommended. Low-resolution files may appear pixelated in print.
How many designs can I fit in a 19x25 cm print area?
It depends on the size of your designs. You can place a single large image or multiple small designs by leaving a cutting margin between them. The sheet will be sent as a whole, uncut.
Are the prints sent pre-cut?
No. Prints are sent as sheets or by the meter, uncut. You cut the layouts yourself and prepare them for application.
Can Zupez Print be applied with a household iron?
Yes, it can be applied with a suitable iron and a flat, hard surface. For best results, follow the temperature, time, and peeling instructions sent with your order.
What fabrics can it be applied to?
It can be applied to cotton, polyester, and blend fabrics. Make sure the fabric is suitable for heat; we recommend testing it on a small, inconspicuous area before application.
Can it be used on light and dark colored fabrics?
Yes. When preparing your file, check the visibility of white or very light-colored areas in the design.
When will my order be prepared?
Ready Zupez Prints are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. For custom prints prepared according to the customer's file, the period starts after file approval. The preparation time for metered orders will be notified during the order process.
