Accepted files
PNG, JPG/JPEG, and PDF files are accepted. File type, size, resolution, integrity, and print suitability can be checked automatically or manually.
Prohibited content
Sexual exploitation, child safety violations, hate, threats, severe violence, illegal activities, disclosure of personal data, spam, unauthorized brand or copyright use are not accepted.
Production quality
Revisions may be requested for files with low resolution, corruption, misleading previews, or those that do not reliably match the production outcome.
Original file
The original production file is kept in private storage. Only optimized previews are used in the store.
