Zupez Printing and Quality

What is Zupez Print?

Zupez Print is a modern printing technique where the design is printed on a special film and heat-transferred to fabric. It provides vibrant colors, fine details, and photographic clarity; thanks to its flexible structure, it does not crack and is resistant to washing.

How is print quality controlled?

Each print is produced individually in our workshop in Istanbul and checked upon exit. Cracked, faded, or misaligned prints are not sent; faulty productions are reprinted.

Why is file resolution important?

Print quality is directly dependent on the file's resolution. A PNG file with at least 150 DPI, preferably 300 DPI, and a transparent background is recommended. Low-resolution files may appear pixelated in print.

How should the print be stored?

Store unapplied prints in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Be careful not to expose them to moisture and heat.

How should it be applied to fabric?

Preheat the fabric, place the print, and apply according to the temperature and time instructions provided with your order. Do not directly contact the iron sole with the print; place a thin cloth over it.

How should it be washed after application?

Wash inside out at 30°C, do not iron over the print, and do not tumble dry. If you follow these three rules, your print will remain like new for years.
